From the minute we arrived, the staff were incredible, the hotel was stunning and the room was beautiful! All staff from the restaurants to the bar and spa were so helpful and just so attentive! We went for my husbands birthday and they made it so special, rose petals in our room, complementary cake and drinks, the best hotel in the UK we have stayed in. We can’t wait to book again.

The breakfast was very good! Lots of fresh fruit and many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely setting in the garden. Has a very nice view of the river. The rooms were a very nice size and bed was comfortable. Lovely garden to walk around and enjoy the boats going by.
