We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. One highlight was our experience in the hotel’s restaurant. The lady and the chef working there were exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always had a warm smile. She took the time to recommend dishes, checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect, and made us feel like valued guests. Her kindness and professionalism really made our meals special. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with exceptional service!

Honestly, I think it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in so far. Exceptionally stylish place with very cozy rooms (at least my room - I hadn't seen others) and its own vibe. The whole furniture in room and common area is fancy and good looking. And no doubt those extremely comfortable beds are gonna make you sleep like a baby each night! And at morning there will be a very good breakfast waiting for you. And yes of course, since it's Georgia, those breakfasts will include churchkhella, which I really like. What else? Ok, the shower pressure is very good (yes, for me that matters). And almost forgot, my room was really huge (still it was very cozy as I wrote before). In conclusion I'd like to say that in real life the place is even better than it looks like on photos (usually it's vice versa).

    The rooftop bar is really the top selling point. Great food and drinks and stunning view of the neighborhood. Otherwise: The spa/pool area was good (the massage is to be recommended). The rooms were fine. The breakfast was decent.

    The receptionist were really helpful and kind all time! They even helped us to get taxi and to have lunch boxes when we needed to leave earlier then official breakfast time. Really clean rooms and hotel, spacious spaces. Enjoyable sauna and swimming pool. Location is also good, metro and buses nearby. Absolutely recommended in price/value!

    Great staff at the reception, great breakfasts, perfect housekeeping, fast room service. Very good location - on the city center, but it was very quiet at night. The spa was a little disappointing (too small, no relaxing music, a bit not cozy), although the staff was really friendly and helpful and the pool and sauna was clean.
