Very nice hotel, great playroom for small children, and in general very childfriendly. Also great location, and very rich breakfast and dinner. I really recommend this hotel for families and I hope we will back during summer to try the outside pool too.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and a lot of facilities for children which were a very nice surprise, as they were not mentioned on the site: outdoor play area, indoor playground with nice and well-maintained toys, childrens' pool. Our daughter loved it, therefore we stayed for an extra night.

Location was a mile from sopron. Breakfast was good and there was several menu choices. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. Lots of parking. Beautiful terrace on third floor with view of the countryside. For a last minute booking I think this was a good choice. I wish I had more time to try out the pedicure or hair salon services that were in the building.

Most of all: the friendliest staff I ever met! Excellent Hungarian food, and even people with gluten allergy are being taken car of. I liked the spa very much too. Wonderful environment and comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. Nice, quite hotel, ideal for families and the elderly.

Location was great, room clean and spacious. Breakfast rich, staff friendly. Wifi worked very well and the bonus was to be able to charge our car free of charge.

This is a very nice hotel, kind and helpful staff. The breakfest was delicious, amazing breads and a nice selection of food.

The Szidónia Castle is a 4-star spa hotel in a historic castle, only 16 mi from Sopron and 59 mi from Vienna. Spa facilities are free of charge.
