United StatesThis is the most beautiful hotel in Jakarta. The service staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you especially to Zaneta and Taleta!! The City View King Room had the most amazing view of Jakarta. The bed was super comfortable, complete with a pillow menu. The bathroom was fantastic with a beautiful bathtub complete with bath salts. The toilet had so many features I was so amazed and impressed.

The hotel lobby is quiet and clean with lots of sofa s to sit and have a moment to relax. It looks like the entrance of a luxury appartment and not like the busy lobby of a hotel. The room is luxurious and spacious and so is the bathroom.
