The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs was lovely too. The spa massage was really nice, a bit pricey but normal for in house in the city. It had all the facilities we wanted. They even accommodated our early check in. The staff was super lovely, as always in Indonesia 🇮🇩 ❤️ It was a 5 min walk to the mall Kota Kasablanka. I'll definitely come here again next time. The hotel lobby is quiet and clean with lots of sofa s to sit and have a moment to relax. It looks like the entrance of a luxury appartment and not like the busy lobby of a hotel. The room is luxurious and spacious and so is the bathroom.
