Incredible! The staff was so friendly. I wish I had caught everyone's names, but Blesson was extra helpful and even helped me tape up a box to get ready for my flight. They also let me check in 3 hours early and check out 5 hours late (I expect this was because it is off season and they're not busy). The food at Cur8 and the lobby lounge was top notch. The spa was the most beautiful spa I have ever seen and the pool was lovely (with a sauna in the locker room). Ron, the massage therapist, was very professional and skilled. Extras that I especially liked: no plastic in the rooms, Chromecast, breakfast buffet with a myriad of options and table service I would live here if I could!

Amazing decor in the hotel, wonderful atmosphere, the staff even decorated the room for us, we just added a note while booking that we'd appreciate some decorations for a romantic stay. They even left a nice greeting card. Great selection for breakfast, both Indian and continental, I loved the dosas. There are several nice restaurants in the hotel itself. All the staff is very nice and helpful. The room service even surprised us with a towel decoration on the bed during the stay. The executive lounge was a very nice place to chill with a drink and some snacks. There were international power outlets, no need for any adapter, I have never seen that in Europe.
