RussiaThe personnel at the reception was very nice and friendly though a 30 min later check-out turned to be an issue). But Karolina and her colleague were really nice. Natalie at the dinner did her best, we really enjoyed the food that was exceptionally good and service, thanks for that! Free shuttle service to blue lagoon.

SwitzerlandThe perfect hotel near the airport. We got an upgrade on the Saphire suite for free! The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel room was one of the best we ever had. Stylish, innovative design, practical, clean, and equipped with automated features. Private jacuzzi on the balcony! The dinner was outstanding and we also enjoyed a rich and good breakfast before flying. All in all, a perfect last evening in great Iceland. Thank you very much to the whole Hotel Keflavik team!

There is a lovely lounge area with an open fire for relaxing in the evening. Food in max’s was fab and so was breakfast.
