Amazing hotel with great facilities and location. View from our balcony was great and also the rooftop pool/bar is one of the very few in Grado. Great breakfast selection and generally hospitable staff.

Their scrambled eggs are the best in the universe, just like their Nutella croissant! The breakfast is delicious and abundant, the room is clean and quiet, and the neighbourhood is fantastic. From the top of the Hotel you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and the beach. What else do you need for a fantastic stay? Strongly recommended. The Hotel itself is gorgeous; everything is clean and well kept. We arrived and had an issue with our A/C we notifed the staff and were relocated for the night and upgraded the very next day. Everyone was professional and were thoroughly cross trained in ensuring each guest felt well taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh each morning, Their recommendations for sightseeing were spot on as were their accomodations for the night we arrived back from Venice after the kitchen was closed. I cannot express our appreciation for Madlen and Carmine enough; they were wonderful. Marco, the manager of the hotel was warm, friendly and definitely excels at providing both a well trained staff and top notch hotel. We not only recommend this hotel but we will be returning on our next trip to Italy!!
