The villa was lovely, in a beautiful location. Everything provided, bed linen, towels, toiletries. The owners live next door & we were able to use their hot tub which after a long day of walking was a much needed treat.

This a wonderful place. Very clean, gated security with a covered pavilion and spa. Welcome wine and snacks provided. The owner, David, was most helpful and made our visit to Florence better then expected. On a scale of 1-10 this accommodation is a 20.

Located on the banks of River Arno, Hotel Mulino di Firenze WorldHotels Crafted was originally a watermill serving Florence. It offers free parking, and a wellness centre with Turkish bath and sauna.

The personnel is wonderful! We especially are grateful to Leonardo, he was wonderful to us. letting us to have late dinner when we came tired and starving after our trip, even though bar was closed. when I cut my finger he was able to get a bandaid for me. we wanted to leave a tip, but there is no possibility to leave it with card and we were out of cash (it would be good to allow this opportunity to guests to include tips in overall bill or at least checks for restaurant/bar). To make long story short - it’s a wonderful team working in the hotel and a very nice place to stay in, a bit away from the city centre but that’s what also great about it (a bit more quiet stay).

This location offered us an experience of Florence that was like no other because it is located in a family villa in a beautiful and quiet part of the city about 30 min pleasant walk from the centre. It gave us the best of Florence - access and peace! The room provides privacy and everything is really well-appointed, clean and the private garden made us feel like we had a luxurious experience (the sauna is amazing too!). Very friendly hosts - thank you so much.
