Only two train stops from a concert venue, which made turning in for the night very easy. Rules were explained to me fairly well. The onsen was well prepared and had many different baths and saunas, which was very nice to have.

Front desk was very responsive! They upgraded my stay, kept me informed of shuttle timings, gave me access to the garden pool and also helped me with luggage storage until departure. The staff also guided us how to get some shopping done on the flday of departure, using their free shuttle to and from Maihama statation where there’s a mall.

This hotel stay was by far the best experience i have ever had around the world. From the first interaction with staff to the final one, it was an absolute delight. The check-in process was simple, there was no crowding, busy periods in the restaurant were well managed and the hotel was an absolute delight.
