Everything about our stay was perfect. I went with 6 other families. All my friends agreed that it was great value for money and we will return. Rooms were clean and comfy. There was even a karaoke room outside and space for kids to play too. We found different sized rooms for the different family sizes, good facilities which looked rather new, space for children to gather and do board games. Location was smack in the middle of the town with walking distance to Food City etc. Mr. Thushara took extra steps to make our stay comfortable. It was a delight to stay there.

The Guest House owner was wonderful.. 1) She brought the kids toys and English books for use during the stay 2) We managed to lose our key but they were not upset and (at our insistance) only charged a couple of $. 3) The breakfast was wonderful 4) The room and common areas were spotless and large 5) It was only 10min walk to town

Amazing stay we had, room size was very spacious ventilated, indoor swimming pool - kids loved it, breakfast options - delicious, variety and staff - excellent, courteous. They gave special permission to use the swimming pool around 7am, really it made us happy Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nuwera Eliya.
