The view and the whole unit is nice. I also like that they have store available on the 2nd and 1st floor. Massage place? Ughhhh so relaxing really loved it too! They have laundry shop too! Very convenient for us specially cause there's a heavy rain outside. Overall experience is exceptional. It's a 10/10 for me! Definitely booking the same unit if we're back in bacolod. Approachable owner too! Some photos attached are the by time we're leaving.

The staff was the best we've encountered and cleanliness was outstanding. We travel to and from Bacolod every few months and our biggest issue has been cleanliness & water pressure. Out of our last 5 stays in Bacolod, O Hotel is the best. Great helpful staff, clean room, and great water pressure with hot water!

The price and the value its really nice I’ve been spending many nights in hotels in Philippines that one was so nice and feels like high quality with any parameters And the breakfast was the best one I had all around hotels in the Philippines And over all the staff r so nice so kind and really have high knowledge about service and talking with customers We came here after hospital and the situation cost a lot of attention and sensativity and they really know how to make it happen And we felt like we r the only guest here and they let us feel so comfortable and good I really appreciate it It’s hard to find it specially when I m talking of 120usd (around 6k php) a night I wasn’t expecting that So I m highly recommend that hotel and really appreciate and love here I m sure I’ll visit here in any time I’ll be around

My niece visited Bacolod for the first time so I thought I'd let her stay right in front of Robinsons so she can just go there if she needs something as the weather is not so good. She had fun with her cousins while staying there so that's enough for me. Cheers!
