Everything was absolutely amazing. From the facilities itself, the beautiful restaurants, the amazing gym, the lovely spa, the peaceful pool area. The staff was absolutely incredible, very kind and very helpful. We will come back definitely.

The professionalism from the staff from the moment we got out of our transport, hospitable and helpful taking our luggage so we could check in. The smell as your walk into the reception, coupled with the ambiance created and welcome drink was really wonderful. Check-in with Jessie was fantastic, very courteous and patient as we orientated around the app which is set up for the stay and asking questions about the facilities. Ekkapong (Hakimi) was absolutely amazing, he was our first cart driver and we had many more trips with him, he is professional and very funny and engaging, really seeks to provide a great experience and share with us, very personable. The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable, lovely closet space, the complimentary water daily and daily little gift left in the room was such a lovely touch. The pool was lovely and a great temperature to cool down from the heat, just a couple of steps from the comfort of our room. The bathroom with a lovely sized bath and shower was great, along with views from the room with the ocean and nature easy on the eye. Breakfast was wonderful, such a variety of choices and spoils for the tummy early morning, juices, coffees, warm Thai meals to order and the buffet all complimentary with fruits, juices, coffees, various styles of eggs, breads, pan cakes, vegetables to name a few things. We tried there on-premises restaurant Param Para - some great dining, with very creative appetizers and a beautiful and probably one of the highlights of our trip In Thailand a Crab curry dish as an entree - it was really beyond what we'd expected, absolutely divine. The public infinity pools were great to relax closer to the beach area if we wished to dip our feet in the sand and sea.

Beautiful interiors and deco. Just loved the vibes, very peaceful and serene. Pool access rooms are superbb & totally worth the money. Pool is lit beautifully at night. Entire resort has water bodies, which is so soothing. Staff is super polite, welcoming, helpful and sweet. Spa was super relaxing too. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Just loved the resort. Beach is slightly far if you intend to go there walking. But if you want to hire a bike, then location won't matter, as Kata beach and Karon both are nearby. Also a nice bike rent shop, inside the same lane, the owner is also very helpful

Staff was really friendly. Everyone was very attentive. Location was clean. Food was delicious.

Fantastic hotel, very calm and relaxing, staff was amazing and they had a desk to help you book your day trips and activities which we used to book a James Bond Island tour that was magical!

Everything! We wish we had more time to enjoy this place. The beach is minutes walk away the spot is great for snorkelling even in the rainy season. The hotel itself is charming and well designed, Tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by greenery. There are only a few (spacious and comfy) rooms and 2 terraces, a pool, and a thorougjly equipped common kitchen. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Galahat is also incredibly helpful and welcoming. He helped us with everything from snorkelling equipment to mosquitoe bite remedy.

Best hotel services, best villa view, spotless and fast room service

Loved our time here and would definitely be back! so relaxing to have a private pool. The villa was always so clean, AC very strong, very good WiFi, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were all really nice and we felt very welcome specially by (sing) 😊 My daughter loved all cats in hotel Just as a reminder the location of the hotel is far away from activities
