Loved everything. The staffs are courteous, it’s extremely well located. Right in the old quarters but away from the noise and the crowd. It’s right next to the lake which is really the epicentre of the unique Hanoi life. The breakfast and tea spread is amazing !

the best of the best hotel in Vietnam, we did to stayed. Upon arrival, we have welcome drinks with juice and warm towel. We have free upgraded to king double room with city view was large, very clean, nice decoration. Their staffs was Professional, very friendly, they did to booked our package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + Ha Giang Loop tour 3 days 4 nights + Hanoi city tour was great value. Hotel location is perfect that's close to everything, we're need. Victor Family restaurant was great too. WE'RE HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL.
