Where to begin… our stay at CLASSYC Hotel made our trip. It was absolute perfection, Jennie and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place has a great vibe and is clean and beautiful. Not to mention the included BREAKFAST!! This was a huge perk and the food was really delicious. 10/10 recommend.

I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.

Loved everything about this property. It was the most charming little hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We loved being a block away from all the action but at the same time being on a side street that despite all the traffic proved to be perfectly fine in terms of noise levels. The restaurant at the property is delicious and offers a great variety of Vietnamese dishes for those times where you just feel like staying in but still enjoying a delicious meal 😊

The location was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and every question we had was answered clearly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the AC was fantastic.

In general, I have a hard time knowing whether to believe reviews in Vietnam but the positive reviews about L’Signature all align with my experience! The location is perfect for old town activities but the street itself ie very quiet. The property has been recently renovated, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, I cannot stay enough about the staff. Every single staff member went above and beyond. They gave us a million recommendations that were stellar, upgraded our room, gave us a departure gift, and so much more.

All in all Property equipment match its value. Even though some situation, this hotel have a passionate staff and good service to handle it well. Good location also.

The Salute hotel is a perfect location to immerse oneself in the heart of the Hanoi old quarter. Our stay was comfortable and it was made even better by the help of the staff, especially Ms Sue who booked a tour for us to Ninh Binh and recommended a hotel stay there. It was great service!
