United KingdomThe whole lodge is genuinely breathtakingly beautiful. The quality of the whole design is great. I’d forgotten what the rooms/lodges looked like and it blows you away when you open the door for the first time. They’re huge, amazing views, so comfortable, little details everywhere. Really impressive. The cleaning team do an amazing job. It’s always spotless and so tidy.
All the team at Bayethe are so so lovely. Such nice people. We loved being with them for a few nights.
We had Jesse as our Ranger during our time there. He was the real highlight of our stay and deserves a special call out. We’ve done safaris before but he really took care of us. I’ve never met someone with so much passion and knowledge for their job. He’s also incredibly professional and has lots of respect for where you are and keeping you safe, along with so much care for all the animals. On top of that, he is such a nice and fun person. The other Ranger, Charlene, also seemed very lovely. So I should imagine you’re always going to be in good hands at a great reserve.

AustraliaThis is my 2nd time staying at Kichaka and again it was amazing. It is truly a must visit when visiting the eastern cape.
From the moment you arrive you are treated so well. The lovely ladies at reception who greeted us and everyone at the lodge.
The food was fabulous, they catered for me being Coeliac too.
The game drives were amazing. Justin our ranger is so knowledgeable and so so lovely. We had the most fabulous animal experiences with Justin.
We were sad to leave, it was like leaving your friends behind. We wish we had a longer stay but we will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

United StatesThe grounds were really beautiful with cottages surrounding artfully landscaped grounds that were filled with birdsong. The chef was truly excellent and we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. Our park ranger, Paul MacKenzie, was outstanding. He knew the wildlife really well and had many tales from his interesting life. Rafa, one of the elephants blessed us with his presence at the gate on the day of our game drive and were fortunate to spend a lot of time with one of the lions. The Park concession was very good because it gave us long views. In contrast, during our solo drive from the bottom of Addo to the top, there was large bush obscuring views. I found the staff at River Bend to be really friendly and enjoyed my many conversations with them, particularly time spent talking to Jenna. I also enjoyed talking to Gladys, who worked in the kitchen. She and I share an interest in sewing with Shweshwe. We highly recommend River Bend. It is truly a 5 star experience.

The tent is very cozy and comfortable and the view from the own little balcony is stunning!
The food (breakfast & dinner) is fresh and delicious. All the staff is extremely friendly and attentive and they made us feel at home. We did a giraffe safari with Bradley and loved it! He is a great guide!

Located on the Bellevue Forest Reserve, a reserve located very close to Addo Elephant National Park, Stayed one night in one of the luxury tents which were great! Dinner and breakfast were very good. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Located on the Bellevue Forest Reserve, a beautiful area. Possible to book many tours like game drive and giraffe walk. Stayed in one of the tents which was a great experience! Beautiful views from the terrace. Breakfast was good and dinner at night too. Helpful and friendly staff

Long Lee Manor was the perfect place to celebrate the final few days of our honeymoon in South Africa. It was the perfect to come back to relax at after early morning game drives and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. We can't wait to return some day soon!
