Das Reisch is a traditional and modern 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kitzbühel, only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the ski lifts. I liked about the property absolutely everything. The view from the lobby outside, towards the lush green park and the mountains, is also pleasant. Gym and spa are excellent. The most outstanding quality of the hotel is the service, in particular the front door team and valet. The concierge Mr Raji is a true gem of a person. He is among the Top 3 concierges we experienced around the world, easily beating Four Seasons staff, and maybe he is the Nr. 1. Mr Raji made every extra wish possible, like arranging for a birthday surprise. Thank you for a great stay.
