The hotel shuttle was great to get to and from main entrance and they even drove us the extra distance to the helicopter take off area. Bottled/canned water provided at every opportunity (on shuttle, in airport pickup, at entrance to hotel), private entrance to park, private toilet at entrance to park, Rooms were comfortable, clean and had great views. Staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

And the best part about the hotel, is truly the staff. They are so attentive, helpful and really did anything to make our stay with our 16 months old daughter very comfortable. There was also live music in the evenings either in the restaurant or bar, some saxophone or piano, it was a pleasure to listen to. We loved our stay there.
