Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, comfortable and quiet rooms with a great view a nice walk or tram ride from the city center and right next to an amazing spa to help recover from a long trip. We got wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops from the very helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

The hotel was cozy and superb in every aspect. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the room was big enough and clean, not to mention the beautiful view of lake Zürich from the balcony. breakfast was fresh and diverse Room service was fast The hotel provided us everything we need for our child to make us comfortable I would definitely recommend staying at Alex Lake hotel. For me, Alex Lake will be my first choice whenever i am visiting Zürich again

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The Oerlikon train station is 5 mins away. There is a Denner supermarket right next door. There is a laundry within the hotel, should you need to use it.
