Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

The price was good and there is a 24hr mart just across the road so, so that was really convenient. The is a SPA in the hotel so you dont have to walk out to find a Massage Parlor . Also, the breakfast was pretty decent and i actually enjoyed it

i loved the view from the master’s bedroom. very relaxing and it’s very spacious 🫶🏻 all the staff are very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay. mr. erwin (housekeeping manager) made it sure that everything is okay at our villa. mr. ajis (spa & wellness staff), he is very entertaining. me and my friends had so much fun!! hope to be back!!! :)

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location is just beside batam center and facing the sea, so you can expect strong wind which is so relaxing.. staff yuni was very friendly and nice, answered all questions promptly.. we felt very welcome.. the room was spacious.. there is a swimming pool, gym and restaurant available.. if you will like to go for breakfast, you can just go to Harris Hotel just behind the apartment complex which is so convenient a 2 minute walk..

Relaxing environment. Spa was pricey but worth the money. Breakfast decent with a good spread. Had left a ring in the room but the cleaner found it and was kind enough to return it in which I happily gave a tip. Overall an amazing trip, would love to come back for a longer holiday. Great for a family stay.

I only stayed for a night, so didn't have a chance to experience most facilities. However, the room is nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast has various choices. And the hotel is located near Harbor Bay ferry port with so many restaurants/places to eat, spa and massage places, all within walking distances.
