Perfectly positioned in the heart of Aerocity, just 7 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Andaz Delhi by Hyatt blends contemporary luxury with a deep connection to local culture. Our room is very spacious and clean with modern and comfortable decor, high quality bathroom amenities. Compliment minibar is a nice surprise. The front office staff, a young handsome man, was very friendly and helpful, my roommate had the late flight the next day so she requested to check out late at 2PM and he quickly arranged it for us after checking the room availability. Dinner here was our good decision, they had various options for both Western and Indian foods and drinks. We did enjoy very much both our dinner and breakfast buffet here. We did rent a car to airport from hotel in the next day, and this was a good experience, too. Big good car with compliment water in car and the hotel car had private lane in airport arrival gate so no need to queue like other taxis.

Ideally located close to the Delhi international and domestic airport, the hotel has an easy access to the corporate and commercial hubs of Delhi, Gurgaon and the NCR regions. The room was spacious and clean and amenities were great. The reception is beautiful and breakfast at the restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best sleep I’ve had at a hotel while jetlagged. The king sized bed and duvet were SO comfy. Really appreciated the free laundry service for single women travelers—someone picked up from my door at 11pm and it was ready by my requested 9:30am dropoff in the morning. Water pressure of the shower is great. Fantastic location—it’s part of a bustling complex near the airport with plenty of places to eat (gotta eat at Daryaganj, the original creators of butter chicken!) and walk around. There are security checks upon entering both the hotel as well as adjacent shopping plazas. Staff is extremely kind and there’s always someone around to lend a hand. Worth it to pay for airport transport.
