Beautiful location with very helpful staff and great food. On arrival we were disappointed that all safaris had been cancelled but the hotel provide other activities including an excellent early morning bird viewing boat trip. We would love to have stayed longer and would strongly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to thank the naturalists Vishal and Laksmann along with chef Ganguly who was able to ensure my wife’s meals were gluten free and Rupali who was our waitress for several meals.

This 4-star resort sits on the banks of the Kabini River, 39 km from Sargur. It features an outdoor pool and a hot tub, and is well-located for wildlife watching. We enjoyed our stay in the Serai with family. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable. Mr.Shekhar who took us on the safari and nature walk was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our coracle and boating experience. Would recommend this place to everyone

It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One thing that really touched us was how the staff arranged a beautiful birthday setup for my daughter on very short notice. It was thoughtful, neatly done, and made the day extra special for her. The resort is also kids-friendly, with safe areas for children to play and plenty of space for them to have fun. Families will definitely feel at ease here. The food was another highlight. The vegetarian dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and fresh. We really enjoyed the variety offered. Overall, this resort offers good hospitality, beautiful views, friendly staff, and great food. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family.
