Good breakfast, shuttle access to ski areas although we had a car so it was easier to get around without relying on the shuttle. A few decent restaurants in the vicinity, but had to drive further for more choices. Young staff really attentive, professional and helpful. I would stay here again.

My partner and I stayed in the Japanese style room. It was very spacious and welcoming. It’s a great hotel to stay at if you’re snowboarding skiing as they have storage facilities. We loved the private onsen and booked it most nights. The view of the mountains from our window was particularly magical. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We were sad to leave. The size was just right, and having a private drying rack was a really nice touch. In the dry room, each room had its own locker for storing snowboards or skis, which was very convenient. The shared bathrooms were spacious enough and kept very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Without a doubt, this is the best spot to stay in Hakuba. The room was fantastic. I stay at about 20 hotels every year around the world and this is the first hotel I’ve stopped to write a review since the service was so fantastic. We stayed here for 4 days skiing around the local area. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends!
