Amazing hotel, specially the staff! Extremely helpful! The dinner was delicious, and the onsen in the hotel is great as well! They really make it easy to explore and enjoy kinosaki.

Convenient location from train station. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious. Excellent crab dinner in season when we stayed.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Amazing first class service and wonderful staff. We loved how quiet and private our room was. Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!
