The amenities and service exceeded my expectations. I loved that the entire facility is tatami-style and shoe-free, which created a very comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed the complimentary half-size ramen at night, and the free ice cream and small drinks after the bath were a great added perk. Both the facility and the room were exceptionally clean. The buffet-style breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the public bath was very relaxing.

Not so much selections. The front desk does not speak english and will avoid talking to you. He does not entertain questions. The one helping to carry our bags speaks english and answers all our questions.
