Even the lobby was nice and could be used to sit down and relax whilst having a drink. The free e-bike rental was a major plus as it allows you to travel around the lakes all day. The shuttle service is a must as the hotel is located on a steep hill

Located a 10-minute walk away from Lake Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo welcomes guests with a complimentary drink. Kawaguchiko Train Station is located a 12-minute taxi ride from the property. If you want to escape the crowd and wake up with a clear view on Mt Fuji, Crescendo is the place you're looking for. It is only a 25min bus ride from Fujikawaguchiko station (bus running every 15min). It is located on the top of the hill near the lake and the main shrines. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and will make your stay special. Until next time!

I was a bit peculiar before check in, but then after i stayed few other places and check in this one, only i found that i hit the jackpot! the house itself is big and comfortable to fit a family of five. although the bed provided is for 10 person! the shower room with the man made onsen is a BIG plus! because after one tired and cold day, it was really relaxing immersed in the in house onsen!!! my kids enjoy it every much! Hot water was hot enough! no issue! It is a single storey detached house, with designated car park just across the road. If you are not driving, the train station and few hundred meter away by walking.
