The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — and even on days when Mount Fuji isn’t visible, it’s still such a beautiful place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and offer amazing value compared to most hotels in Japan. Especially if you prefer Western-style dishes, this hotel really stands out — the quality and presentation are far better than what I experienced in other hotels in the country if we talk about the same price category. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kawaguchiko. 🌿

Located a 10-minute walk away from Lake Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo welcomes guests with a complimentary drink. Kawaguchiko Train Station is located a 12-minute taxi ride from the property. It was amazing!!! The owner of the hotel was very kind! We told him that it's our honeymoon and he gave us very nice presents. The hotel is great, very good value for money! The privet onsen and the jacuzzi were amazing. The hotel was very clean and we had everything we need.

I was a bit peculiar before check in, but then after i stayed few other places and check in this one, only i found that i hit the jackpot! the house itself is big and comfortable to fit a family of five. although the bed provided is for 10 person! the shower room with the man made onsen is a BIG plus! because after one tired and cold day, it was really relaxing immersed in the in house onsen!!! my kids enjoy it every much! Hot water was hot enough! no issue! It is a single storey detached house, with designated car park just across the road. If you are not driving, the train station and few hundred meter away by walking.
