Great location next to Trinidade metro, linked to the entire city but also walking distance to the centre. Breakfast buffet on the smaller side, but good quality and with interesting options like baked aubergines.

Proximity to the beach and a walking wooden «terrace», salt water in the pool (although kids didn’t like it), space, decoration. Fruit and cheese at the breakfast. Friendly and nice staff. (at least most of them)
You can tell this was once a luxury hotel that has had it’s peak glory days sometimes in the 80-s. Spacious rooms and bathroom with bath tubs. Room had everything you needed.

We loved nearly everything about the hotel! Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Porto. The rooms were nicely appointed and spacious (great for traveling with our child), we had a nice view across to the Douro River, very clean and well maintained property, the pool and rooftop patio were charming and a relaxing place to sit, the restaurant was great for breakfast and amazing for dinner, convenient location, and incredible staff all around.

Beautifully renovated. Modern, clean but with character. Well equipped apartment. Good breakfast choices. Easy reach of local restaurants and great position on the river. Nice to relax in the small spa area each evening.

Location was good with a metro station right outside. There were loads of restaurants nearby and the market a short walk away. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with plenty of choice, good times (up to 11:30 at weekends). The spa with water massage facilities a steam room and sauna was a welcome bonus. the room layout and shower facilities in the bathroom was very good. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a great view of the plaza at the front of the hotel.

They upgraded us free of charge to a room on the top floor with a better view from the balcony
It was may birthday and without me mentioning it they put a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake in our room
The spa was amazing, beautiful pool, steam room and sauna

The staff were all extremely helpful, attentive and friendly, professional yet relaxed. On arrival we were given an upgrade to a room with a river view for which we are very grateful. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the spa very much. Incredible breakfast layout and variety.

Healthy and vast breakfast, everything is tidy and clean, peaceful environment, amazing spa and massages (tried deep tissue and back, neck and shoulders), all areas are mainly silent and calm. Decoration is new, modern mix with traditional. Good wifi signal throughout the whole hotel. The upgraded room is quite big, easy to regulate the temperature of the room, new tv and proper hair dryer (not the ones that take 4h to dry long hair)!
The beg is super comfortable as well as the pillows.
