We were in self-isolation due to COVID and the balcony was perfect. The location was good because we could take walks without putting anyone in danger since the hotel is in a quiet area, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was very helpful, we had good room service and they would adjust their cleaning service to our schedule.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was of a very good size. The bed was confortable. Breakfast was varied and really good. The spa and dynamic pool experience was nice.

Great location close enough to the city and free parking on the area

The pool was amazing with the bubble and pressure. The value exceeded the price we pay. Staffs were hospitable.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was very large and clean. The location is quite far from the city centre but very quiet.

At check-in, the clerk gave us explicit information on how to get to the metro and everything there is to do in Porto. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel lobby, restaurant and room were modern and clean.

On my way to the hotel my Uber driver had taken me to the wrong place, I think they’ve moved, it happened a few times so ensure you give the correct location. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff at the front desk were pleasant, as it was NYE they gave me recommendations for things to do and advised me on the best ways to travel. The room itself was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s facilities are great, the food in the restaurant was delightful and the spa was lovely. Sadly during my visit the Turkish bath and a few other facilities were not working, but the hotel compensated us by allowing us to use the spa for free. I just want to say a special thank you to the kitchen staff who sent my room service order to me late and were super apologetic so gave me a treat to compensate. It was very thoughtful. I’d also like to thank the cleaning staff who are very polite and made sure the entire place is immaculate to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible.
