The breakfast was unbelievably good

The stafd was amazingly kind and so nice to talk to. The hotel itself is very nicely located and very fancy and neat!

Quiet room with awesome bed walking distance to shopping, old city, and river. Valet parking was a huge plus as there is very little parking in Porto. Staff was so helpful advising us on restaurants and sites not to miss. Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful city. Don’t miss the river walk and return up the hill on the funicular!

Great location to enjoy a first stay in Porto

Room was very nice and comfortable, bed size, all modern. Location excellent, super easy to wallk all around the turistic places. Staff very polite and helpfull, it was a plus. Would love tostay more time but have a very tide schedule. Next time for sure!

I really loved the room, very clean and cosy. It's a new boutique hotel, beautifully designed and in a really central location. It's really close to the main shopping avenue. Breakfast is delicious!!!!! 10/10

Pretty nice place in the heart of Porto. I arrived very early, around 7 am and the reception let me store my luggage and even allowed me to enter the room an hour before the official check-in time. The staff is great and the rooms are clean enough. Of course, it’s your typical 70s Portuguese style hotel, so don’t expect any luxury.

Amazing accommodation option in the heart of Porto. Location was amazing and all the top sights were within walking distance. The hotel was very easy to communicate with prior to our stay, and were even nicer in person who couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were clean and spacious - would definitely recommend booking here.

The room although up 5 flights of stairs was adorable and very comfortable. Ajita at the front desk was so very sweet and helpful suggesting restaurants and making dinner reservations for us, recommending tours, giving us directions everywhere in Porto and transporting our luggage.

Everything. And last but not least , the staff. Very helpful, and extremely polite. Specially Ritc and Pedro. Everyone was special but with the mentioned above we have to do most during our stay

The hotel was average, great location. The staff made my stay exceptional, super friendly and helpful. They even greeted me with tasty pastel de natas in my room.

Nice location and great value. There was AC, and with windows closed its not so noisy, though being in the heart of downtown its expected some noise at night, better to stay a bit further out if you want calmer atmosphere in the surroundings. Felt very safe and welcomed by the owners.

Everything is great, warm and clean! Breakfast is wonderful! Also we could hear the students’ serenades on the Praça de Batalha next to the church (from the balcony). That’s amazing.

This was my 2nd time here and I will definitely choose it for the next trip. An exceptional experience with amazing staff makes it a great place for you to feel that you’re safe, and can rely on their support and understanding. Besides that, the hotel has the best location to discover Porto on foot and also use public transport and metro. There are many restaurants and bars around so you have a big selection of places to enjoy your time. You’ll never regret booking this hotel for your stay in Porto taking unforgettable memories with you.
