The food was amazing, the service was lovely. Everyone was super kind and we really felt welcomed. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel with a big hallway and everything fancy, and we missed nothing. We even loved even more the picturesque vibes it gives, and how it blends into the mountain landscape. One of the top moments was the picnic 🧺 we ordered as an extra to take to our hike in the mountains 👌🏼

Located in Sabugueiro, within the natural landscape of Serra da Estrela Natural Park, this 4-star hotel features an à la carte restaurant and a bar. The room was extraordinarily large. Without the view of mountains but really nice. It is great that this hotel offers wellness as well but to be honest it is not worth it. Saunas were turned off and the surroundings around the pool weren't very clean. Breakfast were delicious

Lusitânia Hotel offers rooms with private balconies, just 10 minutes by car from Guarda’s historic city centre. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and an extensive spa area. Nice dinner and breakfast. Great decision from the hotel to have a Tesla Supercharging on-site, Otherwise we would not have considered the hotel first, now is a regular stop over for us while driving down to Portugal.
