Our Dragonview was fantastic. We had an amazing holiday. The service from the management team and all the staff was workd-class. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The menu has good variety. The view is absolutely magnificent. The layout of the hotel is great. The entertainment for the kids is more than sufficient, between a rock pool, indoor pool, foosball table arcade, and PlayStation for the older kids and a very creative and fun playground area for smaller kids. You cannot go wrong booking at this hotel.

This guest house offers award-winning cuisine in the tranquil setting of KwaZulu Natal’s Drakensberg Mountains, right on the border of Giants Castle Nature Reserve. - Caster and Buhle were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and looked after during my stay - I ended up staying ten days and had booked a room with separate lounge area which was a winner. Suggest that option for longer stays. - Fire in my room during turndown service - The food was fantastic - I loved the views and time on the deck with a cup of coffee was just what the dr ordered - Tumi, the cat was adorable - The housekeepers are thorough and they even put my pjs in my bed so electric blanket would warm them! - Spa treatments with Buhle was relaxing and highlight of my afternoon - The owner (Mouse) took some time to catch up and listened to my feedback - Amen, the gardener was so friendly and always made time for a hello and chat.

The home is spacious and very comfortable. We booked for 5 nights and were delighted to hear we could extend our stay for another 2 nights. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, we felt right at home. The hiking trails start literally a few steps from the the front door. Kevin from time to time checked up via what's app to ask if we need anything. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly. The activities are plentiful. We could highly recommend the walk to the falls. It was fun to also enjoy the boat on the lake.
