The building was nice and clean with cool amenities on the bottom floor. The rooftop pool and lounge area was terrific. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony with a table to eat at and some comfortable lounge chairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes were available first come first serve which came in very handy. Each morning, the front desk staff would get me setup with a bike, which I used to go to the dive center. The process was easy and the bikes were in good condition.

Diego and Ara were lovely. I met some great people in the common area. Unfortunately, I only stayed for three nights. I would've stayed longer if I could've.

The hostel is super clean and the owners are very friendly and hospitable. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. Great location close to the ferry terminal. We were able to leave our luggage and take a shower before our evening flight home.

large condo, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. very comfortable. lovely pool and yard. fantastic gazebo with large charcoal grill. we had some lovely dinners Al fresco.

The room was really nice, with fan and ac if needed. The big plus is the commom garden in front of the rooms which was really cozy. The owner was really friendly and gave us good recommendations.

The best accommodation we ever have! Incredibly colourfull house full of amazing details. Our room El Cielo was wonderful, very clean, spacious. We loved outside area, the pool was amazing, whirlpool even more! Garden kitchen was fenomenal too (lot of equipment, even for the BBQ). There is shared fridge and even freezer with ice. Free water all day. Breakfast which was included was amazing, includes plate of fruit, tea/coffee and one meal you choose (everything with eggs). We felt in love with Maria the cat, the lady of the house. Across the street there is huge supermarket. If you go to Cozumel, this is the place where you want to be. Best choice!

Sue (host) and neighbours Debbie and Li were all so helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing (made by Li). The location, although a bit on the edge of town (but near the sea) was perfect... Quiet and great places to eat in the evenings nearby. Actually greater than all the tourist places in the centre... The room was big and great facilities... Really great to have a big water bottle in the room. Private bathroom (see below) and proper bath tub in the other bathroom. And I really love Max the dog... All round Ace Place!!
