When my 18 year old got stranded in Sydney, with their also 18 year old friend, due to a mix up with have inadequate ID at a YHA, this property were kind and understanding in providing a room for them to stay in after a concert. I called and spoke to reception before booking and experienced care and concern for the situation. They allowed my 18 year old, who has ID, to check in with their friend, who doesn’t have any. Both young people were received by friendly staff who checked them in without issue. Their stay was pleasant and uneventful. Thank you form this very relieved mum.

I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room was small but had an en-suite bathroom which was lovely. The bed was comfy and had a privacy curtain, power outlet and reading light. The AC in the room worked well! The hostel has 2 kitchens (level 1 & level 3) so if one was busy you could use the other. The hostel is 15 min walk to Clovelly Beach and 15 min walk to Coogee Beach. There is a bus stop right outside the hostel and heaps of cute cafes and restaurants within 3-5 min walk up or down the street! Perfect location! And the hostel was very clean - the dorm room and bathroom were cleaned twice each day.

    The location is 5-7 minutes' walk from the station and close to supermarkets and everything Potts Point has to offer. It's a budget hotel and great value for money, amazingly clean and the staff go beyond expectations to make guests comfortable... help with luggage, help with choosing a room close to the lift, care of luggage before and after checkout. It's really worth asking for help if you need it. The front desk is open 24 hours a day so security is never a concern.

    The location is really good if you have to catch a flight from the domestic airport early in the morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is an airport budget hotel, it delivers what it promises.

    A budget hotel that gives full value. Perfect location for air travellers. Very good dining close by. Efficient, courteous and informative staff. Affordable parking on site. Clean, quiet room. We did not need the meal catering but it did look good. We'd stay again.
