Excellent location and facilities

The staff was so friendly and amazing!! The hotel was beautiful. Our dinner and breakfast were excellent and gourmet. The wine, delicious! The room with a balcony to look out at the river was exceptional! I would stay here next time I’m in the Mosel valley for sure!

This is a lovely hotel in quaint town very close to Cochem. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the vineyards and the hotel had the best wine selection. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Service is top and clean hotel the beautiful lady in the front desk always helpful and smiling she made me felt home, breakfast is fresh and staff are all friendly

Breakfast was decent sized and filling. Everything tasted very good.

The staff was very polite and hospitable throughout our stay. We had a late arrival but did their best to accommodate our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the main bridge, the town center and the castle. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - all the main options were available. The location itself is excellent, right across the town so that the street is not that busy, but still easy to walk to the center. Great options for food and drinks are close by. We would certainly recommend it for a weekend getaway or for longer stays

The balcony had a view of the river and also into the town. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

Amazing location, view, staff, and quality of the room. I would stay no other place if coming to stay in the area. Breakfast was great and pricing was perfect as well.

Close to the city center on foot and on location parking facilities. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean, I really enjoyed staying here. Excellent breakfast!

Super clean, very comfortable and an awesome breakfast. Lovely views of the town. Away from the tourist crowds

The floors are accessible by a narrow and very steep stairs (well, we've been warned…). The day entrance through the serving space of a pizzeria was almost fun. The walls on all the floors, at the stairs and in the room are densely covered with paintings from unknown artists looking 200 years old, mostly in golden frames. The vintage bathroom was operational (even if quite narrow), the WiFi was good.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Loved the location . It is right on the center and at the same time it was quiet at night. Perfect location
