We had a very friendly and exceptionally helpful reception upon arrival by the owners of the property. The retreat hotel is very nice and comfortable, especially also the integrated sauna. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very also got great support for sightseeing at Mount Fuji and to take the train to our next destination.

We stayed overnight for hiking Mt Fuji. however we didn't have chance to have the breakfast as we had to leave early for the bus. We had all individual room with a Mt Fuji view. The room was cosy and since I was just bringing a backpack so it was alright for the size, I doubt if you have a suitcase but should be good enough for single person. The room was clean and the location was good for us as it near the bus station and the train station. There were a lot of restaurants around the area and Aeon mall is just 10mins walk away.

The man at the front desk went above and beyond. I was tired from travel and locked myself out of my room and also left my phone downstairs. He came through each time in a friendly and kind manner. Loved the pillow here and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice breakfast buffet too, filled with classic Japanese food
