Three-Star Hotels in Mérida

The room was excellent. I had a bit of trouble with the A/C, it didn´t quite cool as it should have. The pool was excellent.

Good breakfast, free parking, location

parking, reception and other employees

Housekeeping were incredible, reception staff were super helpful, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The internet was strong enough for video calls (it dropped out every so often but could reconnect quickly). There’s an Oxxo next to the hotel for snacks etc. We were in Merida for the WTA tennis event at the Yucatán Country Club, so the location (being outside of Histórico Centro) was convenient and only a 10-15 minute ride away.

It was the perfect location for us to explore Merida. The location is great, easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Shower worked well. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent and delicious each day. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Everything from the aesthetic to the location

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options! The fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the layout of the room, a good use of space.

Very nice spacious rooms and great showers. We slept really well. Near a nice park and easy to get to the centre in about 25 min walk.

tasty breakfast, kind staff, clean room

Enjoyed our early breakfasts, helpful and kind staff and relaxation near the pool. We needed to upgrade our room which was easily done. Staff were also very helpful when arranging our tour. Lobby was very beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Great interior design - colonial style. Amazing view! Central and convenient.

Friendly staff and the location in an old building in the heart of Merida.

I didnt had breakfast, not included. Overall, staff, room, location was good. Will come back another tine.

Great hotel to stay at if you want to experience Mérida and the area. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the centre of Mérida, a five-minute walking distance to the main square. The rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable with really nice linens. The hotel offers quite good breakfast as well. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Mr Enrique. He is a real asset to the team and he really made our stay. Overall, it’s definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Mérida.

The staff was exceptional, polite, kind, and always disposed to help. The location of the hotel is convenient near downtown. The air conditioner enabled us to fight the hot weather.

Could not feel more satisfied!
