Communication was excellent and timely. The house was BEAUTIFULLY furnished and decorated (newly renovated). There was even a stone bbq on the outdoor patio. Just lovely all the way around. The beaches were close with easy access as well as restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this property and will book again when in the area.

The house itself suited us wonderfully. We came on vacation with 3 adult daughters. There are 3 bedrooms and this gave privacy and space. The beds are comfortable. All the furniture is new and beautifully stylish. There is a washing machine, a large refrigerator and a very convenient kitchen to use. The pool is great. There is also a bag and beach equipment. A real treat

We came to Cyprus to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. I asked Georgia, our host, to get a bouquet of yellow roses. Beside the roses she waited for us with a bday cake and a bottle of champagne, which made our arrival so special and touching. I can’t be thankful enough, no words to express how I appreciate what Georgia did for us. She’s the best and kindest host ever. The appartment is beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped, has an exeptional location only 2 blocks from the beach, 15 mins from the harbour on foot. We will definitely return.

The key broke off in the door when we first arrived, but the owners were so lovely and helpful to get us sorted. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

In a word, amazing. The beautiful design of the villa, the setting, cannot be faulted. It is the villa, your pool, a lawn, then the ocean and horizon with beautiful sunsets . A totally private beach with the occasional fisherman sat on the rocks which enhances the view. The owner, Yiannis is the most welcoming , friendly, cool man you will meet. Only there if you need help or assistance. It was a dream trip, and we we will certainly be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — more than enough room for our group of 9 to feel comfortable. The pool is great, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The whole atmosphere is very cozy and ideal for groups of friends. Service was outstanding! We were especially impressed by the maintenance guy on site who was always available and super helpful throughout our stay. We’re completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway spot. Would love to come back!

    This villa is a great size and comfortable. The pool is bigger than the photos make it look and we had a fabulous time here. The location seems a little bizarre at first surrounded by a farm, but we loved the quiet and the fact that we could make as much noise in the pool as we wanted without bothering anyone while still being able to walk to the beach and water park. We had a great time here.
