Villas in Tbilisi

It’s clean cozy nice Vlad and his family they are very nice and helpful location was good I love everything in this beautiful cozy house

The house has plenty of space which is great for a big family or a group of friends. We were 9 people including small kids and old people and it was the perfect fit for us. The common spaces are big and comfy for socializing inside and outside. Kids can play outside and in the pool. The host is very helpful.

A spacious venue with plenty of activities for everyone. It features a large dining area, a separate room with a spacious table that's perfect for groups or company gatherings, basketball hoops, a swimming pool, and table tennis facilities. After dark, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful illumination, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The property consists of two separate buildings.

Really good villa! I liked it :)

Spacious. Big kitchen, each bedroom has a bathroom and an extra bathroom. Staff was prompt in answering g questions and providing help as needed.

Nice house for a family trips, equipped with nearly everything you need! Very nice location and perfect hosts, who can help you in any situation!

Amazing hostesses, the best bed I’ve had in months, and breakfast for a king! Also perfectly located for visiting Fabrika or getting to the train. I felt like a houseguest.

Great location. Clean. Comfortable

The perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. Everything was flawless—from the villa to the hosts’ hospitality. 10 out of 10! ⭐️ We’ll definitely come back to stay with you—but next time with a big group, and we’ll book both villas. Thank you so much.

The apartment is close to everything as mentioned in the advertisement. 100% match to description and images. The owners of the place were friendly

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The apartment itself is a real gem. Despite being in the old town, there is everything you need in the apartment — modern facilities, comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen, electrical appliances, and spotless bathrooms. Everything is clean and stylish. One of the most unforgettable points is the breathtaking views — both day and night! You can see the whole city spread out below. Stunning! But what truly made our stay special were the wonderful hosts - incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from useful tips about the city to arranging small details that made us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality touched our hearts.

Friendly owner. Help us check at 6am. Gave us wine and snacks. House in very good location. Quite a lot of space.
