Villas in Fílippos

The pool area had a great view it was Great and Peacefull

It’s such a peaceful and welcoming place, with a beautiful pool, a lovely yard, and a cozy barbecue area. But what truly made our stay special were the wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond—when we arrived, a fridge full of food was already waiting for us, so we didn’t have to worry about shopping right away. Every detail was thought of, and everything not only met but truly exceeded our expectations!

We were 6 adults and a toddler and we loved the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and basic supplies were left for us including bread, snacks, oil, soaps etc. When we arrived one bedroom was missing a curtain but this was taken care of the next day. Although the kitchen/lounge area doesn't have an air conditioner, we asked for and received a fan. Also the air conditioner of the downstairs bedroom can be used to cool the area and anyway we sat outside most of the time. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and feels new. Although there is a shared drive with the neighbouring villa, you have complete quiet and privacy and we never heard or saw our neighbours. Cleaning service was kindly offered in the middle of the stay but we declined. The garden is big and surrounded by olive groves and you really feel you are in the countryside although it is literally a 7 minute walk to the charming village. You cannot beat the location – beautiful beaches, lots of tavernas and shops within walking distance. Try the old style bakery for hot bread and pies! Kalivaki beach was our favourite. This was our third visit to Crete and we loved this area. We made good use of the long washing line in the garden. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay perfect. We would definitely book this villa again.

The house is incredible, we stayed with 10 people in 7 rooms and spent a very relaxing time there. Everything is well designed and maintained, with quality materials, plenty of towels, comfortable beds etc. You even have Bluetooth in each of the bathrooms mirrors, good lighting and very quiet AC in every room. The host ist super friendly and quick to get in touch with in the little resort down the street.

The property was absolutely stunning! Each space was so comfortable for our family of 6! There were air conditioning units in each room that made our stay so comfortable during the heat of the day, and the pool was the nicest we have enjoyed in Crete!

The villa was absolutely gorgeous!!! Looks even better than the photos if that’s possible. Fridge was equipped with everything you need: fruit, juice, cheese, wine- so nice!! The owner was very communicative, equipped the villa with everything we asked for our baby. Highly recommended!!!!

Everything. The rooms, the shaded areas, the pool, the amenities. All is very welcoming.

The villa is amazing. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had The territory Water pool Bedroom Beds All good

The house is absolutely charming. The location is wonderful, situated in the heart of a lovely village with warm and welcoming neighbors. Simply perfect for taking a breath and relaxing. The little garden is also a gem! I would rate the property 6 stars if that were possible.

Everything. It was just perfect. Beautifully designed completely new villa. Really tastefully decorated and had everything we possibly needed. Gregory was a wonderful host and helped us even before we checked in with our booking. His restaurant recommendations were incredible

The place is absolutely beautiful. Secluded and surrounded by mountains and nature in a tiny village.

Very helpful host., quite countryside, 15min away with car from nice beaches and lake. Good location to visit Chania and other interesting spots.

It was a very clean, beautiful property with very nice decor, plenty of pots/dishes/utensils for cooking in, comfortable bedrooms & a lovely pool area to relax in. There was a small market with all you need including fresh fruit & veggies, a post next door, cafes/restaurants just down the street. Trash disposal just feet away for daily drop off. Communication was great!
