I have been around and all I can say is that this place tops many of the other places I stayed in. The owner takes personal care of everything in the facility, and she is always ready to help in a very welcoming way, you can clearly see how she puts her sweat and effort into building this place and providing her guests with a nice experience. The house is well equipped with everything you need, the kitchen has enough utensils, and she was even kind enough to keep some oil, salt and other stuff to help you cook without wasting resources. Free water dispenser at the reception utilizing humidity, very genuine and smart idea, I love the sustainability. Nice and clean swimming pool, made a difference in squeezing some energy out of our baby so she can sleep better. 1-2 minutes walk from a very cozy and less crowded beach, perfect for those who don't want to stay around the hassle and noise. Perfect for families, honeymooners and those who wanna enjoy some peace and quiet time. Thank you for a lovely stay MK and family

Long story short - very good place to stay. Almost at the heart of Lamai, but with clean, calm and secluded area. A perfect option if you wanna get away from everything and not get bothered at all! The bungalows are fresh, clean and well built. Daily cleaning. No issues were faced whatsoever. The place is also really close to the main Lamai road, so everything you might need is accessible within 5-10 min walk: 7/11, restaraunts, coffee shops, bars, laundry, bike rent, you name it. The beach is also 5-10 walk from the place. And there is even a muaithai camp nearby , if you up for some training :) Also gotta mention friendly and charming host (Hello, Nop!😄), had some good talks with beers! To sum up, place is great. Was staying here for the second time and will do again!

    The views from the villa are stunning and it is set in a peaceful location, 2 mins drive / 10 minutes walk from a great little beach with bar (Google "Cool Bar Koh Samui") but only 15 minutes drive into the local resort. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped - the kitchen has everything you need and there's some beach / pool bits and pieces too. The free car is invaluable and we used it every day. The hosts (Nuy and Eddie) are incredibly helpful and always available at the end of the phone if needed.

    Everything! The villa has everything & is in a perfect location for a quiet, luxury stay. Dave’s local tips are great, the restaurants & bars within walking distance are fabulous. Dave kindly organized transport to & from the airport, rented us a car & is a knowledgeable, lovely guy. We will be back Dave 😀

    The layout of the villa would be ideal for two couples. The pool and outdoor area were superb, with the “moat” containing both fish and turtles. the fully equipped living area with a washing machine. The short walk down to the beach and the only local bar and restaurant. The pick up and drop off by David - the owner - with a stop at The Family Mart on the way through.

    Staf was very frendly, it looked like you book mini hotel and everything you needed you cаn get contacting to manager, any foods, fruits, drinks, ice cream, champagne, lunch and dinner from the best restaurants... also she organize for us the best thai massage on the villa. Manager Oon (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) she is very nice person. If you prefer a quiet relaxing holiday it is the Best place. There own beach almost people do not pass at all.
