Great Location. Easy access to everything with public transportation buses ( line #7 and #9) routes right in front of the house. in case you don't know, the Martha's Vineyard public transportation has the friendliest people. If you flag them down, they will stop and pick you up or let you off right in front of the house.

85 Linton Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA Upon arrival, we could not get in the front door. I called Vacasa support and was given access to the house keys but since there is no deadbolt on the front door, the keys wouldn’t work. The front door lock system was broken and should have been fixed before we rented. The back door was UNLOCKED and that’s how we got in. There was no booklet welcoming us, telling us how to work TV/Bose/AC, etc., not a necessity but certainly expected and missed. Smoke detector is missing from the ceiling in the yellow bedroom. Commode runs on occasion. Bathroom sink drains VERY slowly. Friday we came home to find water coming out from under the refrigerator and oven. Called Support and they are sending someone out to look/fix. We cleaned up the water and no more appeared. Support called back to say no one would be coming on Friday but to call Support if we see water again. The house in general isn’t as equipped with common necessities such as Kleenex, coffee, as other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. There are only overhead lights in the living room, which was unusual and oddly uncomfortable. Vacasa support was timely and helpful, but overall we both were disappointed with the house experience.
