The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

We had our towels changed twice in a 5day stay. The house has everything you may need. Easy parking as well. Having the bbq was an extra! The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. We spend a lot of time researching houses to stay in interesting locations which are private, remote and have a stupendous panoramic view. We also appreciate good design and landscaping that says something about the place we are visiting. Etheres exceeded our expectations and is possibly the best conceived design that we have experienced in decades of traveling. It is also interesting to us that this experience was created by three relatively young women. Etheres is sited on a high ridge above the old village of Nikiti and comprises only ten houses each having stunning views to both sides of your house. Each has a pool and is equipped for basic self-catering. The furniture selection allows for relaxed living inside and out and there is good protection from the sun as well as areas for sunbathing. From a design perspective the architecture and siting is quite innovative providing the ability to harness breezes when needed and with clever screens for privacy. We were able to walk down into the village as well as walk up into the hills behind. The views are everywhere and even take in glimpses of Mount Athos. Etheres is a special experience that we will fondly treasure.

Offering a garden, sea views and seasonal outdoor pool, Xalonia Villas is set in Agios Nikolaos. The blue-flagged Trani Ammouda Beach is a 12-minute walk away. Everything. The view was excellent. Property was clean and the owner’s were attentive and very personable. The attention to detail was exceptional.
