Good location in Pedi everything in walking distance. The house was in a very good condition and well equipped. We loved the small details upon arrival and the excellent communication with the owners. They organized us taxi, cleaning and late check out. We definitely would come again.

The location is great, right on the waterfront, and the penultimate house on that side of the bay, so nice and quiet, plus it means that the walk to St Nokolas beach is only 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay and Nikos was very kind in stocking the fridge very generously on arrival - bread, meat, cheese, wine, beer, honey, water, butter, coffee, etc We were picked up from the port on arrival by Nikos (and Nikos 2 🙂) And Pedi is lovely!

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There are two terraces to sit out on. In this house you are away from the tourist area and in the real town. It is about a fifteen minute walk down to the harbour. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This space was wonderful and Christina and Mrs. Fotini were lovely! Upon arrival, you are taken back by the amazing view from the home, both from inside and outside on the patio and other outdoor areas. This old home has been really nicely updated and is full of old curiosities!! The bed is comfortable and windows offer a great breeze, unless you prefer the AC. We rented both this space and the downstairs (not connected) for our family and everyone loved it. Our 9 and 11 year old's stayed downstairs and because they are pretty responsible, we were able to make that work (not recommended if you can't trust your kids). There are A LOT of stairs to get up to the house, but it really wasn't a big deal and our kids never once complained (I was shocked). If you're worried about getting your luggage to the house, you're able to get a taxi to the top of the hill and get your luggage down from the top of the hill instead. We'd love to come back!

Everything was clean and new, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, with an easy bus connection from the port to the house, and a taxi ride costs only around €6–8. Walking down to the center is fine, but walking back up is quite challenging. However, we were prepared for this, as I had checked the taxi and bus options in advance.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. All the things we needed were on hand and the place was thoughtfully set up. Would go back and would happily recommend.
