Very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean, we arrived late after our 5 days of hiking / rafting in the Grand Canyon and despite the fact that their restaurant was closing for the day the chef offered to make us a nice salad with grilled chicken since all of us were starving. Shuttle bus service was on time and very frequent.

The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!
