The breakfast was very elaborate and great, so many options! The rooms and the hotel were beautifully decorated. The underground spa area was very relaxing and serene with great swimming pool, sauna and lots of other facilities.

The domain including its facilities we're outstanding. Lots of space and privacy in the Ferienhausen. The facilities were divers and entertaining (swimming pool, wellness, mini golf, tennis) and the service meticulous from breakfast till dinner. We had an absolute blast discovering the Mosel area.

    Nice place in a volcanic area with plenty of places to visit and nice walks plus the few mineral water springs makes any holiday worth it. Plenty of supermarkets/shops and cheap gas also adds to the pleasant experience.

    We were looking for a quiet hotel and that is what we got.

    We were looking for a quiet hotel and that is what we got. The people are exceptionally friendly, the food was very good and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The area around the hotel is beautiful with lots of walks and woodlands and there is plenty to do. There are a good number of restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel is also recommendable.

    Helaas heeft de mens de neiging enkel een beoordeling te schrijven na een negatieve ervaring. Wij maken ons hier bij deze ook schuldig aan, wat niet van onze gewoonte is want wij zijn in 99% van onze hotelbezoeken altijd zeer tevreden geweest. Het spoort ons aan om in de toekomst ook de tijd te nemen om beoordelingen te schrijven van al onze positieve ervaringen. Concreet kunnen we over Landhotel Krollik zeggen dat het op een heel goede locatie gelegen is en dat het mooie en nette kamers heeft. Ook de eetruimte is aangenaam, met mooi zicht op de omgeving. Spijtig dat de gastvrijheid zo te wensen overlaat. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en een kind van 2 jaar en hadden een mooie boeking van een gewone kamer en een junior suite met ontbijt telkens voor 2 nachten. We aten ook 2 maal in het restaurant van het hotel s ’avonds, wat makkelijker is met een peuter. Telkens met aperitief, fles wijn, water, 4 hoofdgerechten, nog een drankje na het eten… Kortom een mooie rekening. Toch bleek het te veel gevraagd om wat brood te krijgen bij de soep (een voorgerecht) dat we aan onze peuter gaven als avondmaal… Er wordt geen brood gereserveerd bij een voorgerecht. Met andere woorden dus ook niet bij 4 hoofdgerechten, dus eigenlijk nooit? O ja, gebakken aardappelen in plaats van frieten? +€1.50. Bij het (basic) ontbijt werd maar heel sporadisch bijgevuld, sommige zaken zelf helemaal niet. Alles leek te veel gevraagd, en er kon nauwelijks een glimlach vanaf zowel aan het onthaal als in het restaurant. Kortom heel spijtig dat zo’n hotel op deze manier gerund wordt. Tot slot wensen we nog op te merken naar Booking.com toe dat een kind van 2 een ontbijt van €12 per dag wordt aangerekend, dus niet gratis tot 3 jaar zoals in de boekingsvoorwaarden voor kinderen staat vermeld. Ook heeft het hotel € 3 teveel aangerekend cfr prijsopgave booking.com

    Peace and quiet + good food available.

    Peace and quiet + good food available. Everyday good filling meal: Restaurant Burghof close to the Hotel. Nice courtyard. Restaurant Landkuche is abt 15 min walking from hotel. Food superb but pricy. Restaurant Maar y Sol 10 mins walking from hotel. Nice easy food tapas style. The area invites you to go hiking which I will do nxt time. This time around I just needed to recharge the batteries with peace and quiet and good food. Mission accomplished

    This was a beautiful apartment is a great location. It is the ground floor of a family home with its own entrance and parking space. The owners live upstairs but leave you to your own devices. We were there for the Eifel Rally Festival held in Daun so it was the perfect location for us. The owner speaks very little English but equally I speak no German but we got by perfectly with the help of hand signals and a short phone conversation with the owners son.

    The Schlosshotel is located on top of a hill overlooking the lovely town and surrounding. A nice patina from the 1950s-60s; next time I shouldn't arrive on a 21st century motorbike but rather take the Mercedes 300D (W 189 series). A very friendly owner and an equally friendly staff at the reception. Excellent breakfast.

    It is a very spacious house where we felt like home. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The surrounding are very beautiful and we enjoyed our evening walks towards the small hill . It was also relatively easy to start short hikes/ bike rides directly from the house.
