The website did say there was a shuttle service, but it was not free and cost more than a taxi, so we used a taxi in the morning to get to the airport.

everything fine just confusing pincodes. There where 3 pincodes but it was not clear which one was for what? One for the entrance, one for the room and one for parking. It took 10 minutes before we could go through the parking. We tried the 3 pincodes, none was working but the it seemed that you had to press another button, which was not mentioned.

Interesting city, but travel there by train is horrible. Train network itself is good, but the trains are constantly delayed, often by hours, or even completely cancelled. The problem is with the whole Düsseldorf/Köln area.

The hotel is very close to the central train station and a lot of other bus and underground stations. It is great value for the money and the staff is incredibly friendly. The room is very spacious and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is exactly what you need and everyone is there to help of you need anything. I highly recommend it especially for people wanting to visit Dusseldorf by foot. You can get around the city very easy.
Everything--the size of the hotel, the decor, the quiet location (yet so close to the city centre). I especially liked the extra smaller down pillow (perfect for tummy sleepers). The staff and breakfast buffet were lovely. The fruit salad was so fresh, and the müsli, so healthy. We'll definitely stay here if we visit Düsseldorf again!
The owner has the warm heart to take care all customers. He will give whatever we requested during stay. Best part is given a ride to the MESSE everyday and airport when back home . This is the best hotel in DUSSERDOFT city (if you do not need more facility). You will feel like you stay your friend's home.

Good hotel near Messe and Airport. During Prowein days the prices were triple or more but this is usual for all Dusseldorf hotels. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. If booked earlier with cheaper price, excellent place to stay for Prowein.

I needed overnight hotel close to Düsseldorf airport. Room was very simple, yet clean and nice. Early check-in wasn't problem at all, the receptionist even made me a reservation for a taxi at 5 AM, which arrived on time.
The location is perfect for a short city trip, as the hotel is directly located in the city center of Düsseldorf. Shopping areas and restaurants can be easily reached by foot. The price for the room was very good.
