The worst experience in all my time traveling. I requested a late check-in from 11 to 12. They wrote to me from the reception desk that there was no problem. I arrived at 11.15 and all the doors are closed. It's night, a strange city, and attempts to reach you are unsuccessful. The worst travel experience in almost 20 years.

    It was a nice surprise to arrive in the hotel at 22.30h and found the staff still ready to prepare a freshly baked pizza. Very tasty pizza, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. I definitely will come back when I need a hotel in that neighbourhood. Thanks. Grtz Dirk

    Family-run hotel with flexible and friendly staff. Hidden nooks, like a roof terrace where we could enjoy local wine and night views of the river and castles. Handy restaurant with terrace just downstairs. Good location for exploring nearby wineries.

    The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel has a terrace looking over the Mosel which you can use freely. Some rooms also have a balcony at the front or back. Staff was friendly and helpful.
