The property owner was not there when I arrived nor were any employees. Wasted a lot of time trying to communicate with the owner. Couldn’t get in my room right away. Another couple had been locked out prior to my arrival. We had to take turns dining because we were uncomfortable with the door possibly locking behind us and didn’t want to leave it unlocked. Very disappointed. Owner showed up about 7 am with no explanation.

The people. Front desk was helpful with calling taxi and giving advice. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the fact they took a little bit extra notice of me. Felt comfortable and safe.
Located on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, Hotel San Vicente is near the AP-9 Motorway and 5 minutes' drive from central Santiago and Santiago Airport.

The owner's kindness and welcoming hospitality. The garden is off charts with beautiful trees and benches to enjoy the space, the pool (that was closed, but still), there's even a tennis court! The room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel Garcas is located in the small town of Lavacolla, 6.2 mi from the center of Santiago de Compostela. It offers a traditional Galician restaurant with a covered terrace.
Hardworking staff provided us with a comfy night's rest after a check-in error resulted in a room complication. The overworked staff and overbooked hotel came through with an acceptable solution. Very impressive! As there were no hotel rooms anywhere in town that night. The adjacent restaurant provided delicious food, reasonable prices, from yet another part of the hardworking team at this establishment. Big thumbs up, all the way around! As very tired Camino de Santiago pilgrims, we were very grateful.
If you are walking the Camino de Santiago, I suggest you pass O Pedrouzo and stay in Amenal, several kilometers more thru some lovely forrest. From Amenal, it’s less than 10 miles to the Cathedral. Hotel Amenal has a lovely patio, a nice selection of meals from the refrigerated area (the spaghetti was fabulous!), and the room was very comfortable. Staff was more than pleasant! They went the extra mile!
Location was good for short final day of camino. Hotel across the road did nice food for even meal, snacks, water etc. Not much else in the area. Kilometre 15 did nice breakfast (freshly squeezed orange, toast, fruit, pastries, tea/coffee) and pizza up to 3 pm, I think. We arrived after it was closed. All staff we met were very nice. Electronic access made it very easy for check in.
This is right on the Camino. Due to COVID they just gave us a code to get in the door and the bar was not open. Luckily, there was a hotel with an open bar across the street where we could get food. The room was nice and clean and the water was hot. Not in a town so no services, but you are away from the crowds of people who stay in the larger towns.
This was a last minute stop along our Camino to shorten a day of walking. The room and amenities were comfortable. Check in was contactless; we received codes for the outside door and the room door via WhatsApp and didn't see any staff until the next morning when the bar downstairs opened. There was a hotel across the street that was open for dinner.
This little hotel/roadhouse is very conveniently located for the Camino walker who wants to get a bit closer to Santiago on the night before their arrival. The welcome was friendly (check-in at the bar) and the room was clean and comfortable and situated so as to be nice and quiet. The food and wine in the little restaurant was of a high standard.
The hotel is right on the Camino Frances making it a great place to start your final day of walking into Santiago de Compostela. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. I found this to be a quiet location both inside the establishment and outside. Security of the rooms within the hotel is emphasized.
location for Camino travel. walk outside your door and there is the trail. I decided to stay in Amenal to get a jump on the trail to Santiago. it is perfect for that. There is nothing in the town except a hotel that has a cafeteria. If you want to get a good nights sleep and get an early start, perfect place to stay.
Perfect location directly on the Camino trail, soft/comfy bed, quiet at night, very warm welcome from Miguel. The bar closed early but there were excellent food and drink options at the (more expensive) Hotel Amenal across the road
Returning guest. Early in the year, so I was happy that the hotel on the Camino was already open.
Also happy that the hotel survived the Covid crisis. Dinner was good and a question concerning the wine was solved.
K15 was special with digital keys, a great outdoor area, hotel restaurant a stone's throw away and a comfortable, uniquely designed room. The welcome was also warm.
The hotel is beautiful. It's an old stone building that's been recently renovated, everything was spotless clean. Comfortable beds and pillow, cosy warm inside.
