The grounds, garden, pond, and charming house were all beautiful and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for cooking and serving. The bathroom on the main floor was beautiful and there was, conveniently, a toilet on the second floor where the bedrooms were located. The hosts, Natalie and Eric, were friendly, helpful and responsive. Natalie is a creative cook who uses fresh and delicious ingredients. We really enjoyed our dinner our first night there. I was especially impressed by the beautiful salad and unique dressing! I know the French are rightly famous for their desserts, pastries, bread, etc but in my opinion their real talent lies in their exceptionally fresh and beautifully constructed salads! I appreciated that Natalie asked if we would like a glass of wine when we had settled in because it had been a hectic day of travel. Very thoughtful. Lastly, we really enjoyed their gorgeous dog, Vaiyon, who was very friendly and well trained.

Great host always checking all was well. Nice breakfast well replenished. In warmer weather you could take breakfast outside on the beautiful terrace. Comfortable bed, good linens. They have a few parking spots inside the clos, if you’re lucky you can snag one. Great location for walking to dinner and the Roman Theatre and Museum. Beautiful building.

It was very close to center of activity, a block several restaurants with outdoor seating in nice weather & close to the Théatre Antique, which is still used. But the hotel is located in a quiet little square that was just lovely ! Breakfasts were outstanding! Both outdoor and indoor seating available The beds were extremely comfortable and our bed had a wonderful headboard with outlets on top that was just wide enough to set my glasses, my hearing aid charger , my phone and a small book on. Great design ! The owners, were so friendly, helpful, responsive & just adorable! I would love to come back!

Very close by the highway. Last minute reservation available. As I received their confirmation message when I was driving in a raining night so I couldn't read the check-in instruction. arriving after 10pm I had some truble to obtain my personal code for entering in the hotel. Warring you need to pay your city tax by bancomat at the gate to obtain your code and room number. After 10pm it is very difficult to buy a meal or drink a beer. There are self-service coffee machines. The room is confortable and the bathroom clean.

    A great goethic style residence of maybe an Earl type of royalty of France a few centuries ago has been turned into a fantastic boutique hotel. They have done a brilliant job of renovation. All rooms are very well appointed. They also have one luxury glamping style tent away from the main house, which I think is rather adventurous to spend a night in. Simple breakfast and plenty of options available in the nearby villages. Superb location for those who want to enjoy the French countryside. I highly recommend this place.

    A very charming and special hotel in a rural area. Good parking if you are arriving by car. We had a very nice room with a bathroom in one of the turrets and a wonderful view of the garden. The Spa area is modern but intimate. The personnel in the spa are very professional and nice. Recommended! The restaurant was very elegant and the staff was super polite and helpful.

    This was truly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Both the façade and the garden and common areas are extremely romantic and impressively beautiful (they even have fluffy chickens which my husband now wants as pets :D ) . The rooms are very luxuriously furnished as well and have a great view.
