The staff were very helpful regarding an issue with my room and moved me straight away. I liked the way the girls at reception introduced themselves and were very approachable and friendly. The best was extremely comfortable.

10 minutes walk from the city centre, excellent service at breakfast, very nice breakfast.
Great venue next to the country park - great for dog walks.
Great venue next to the country park - great for dog walks. Drive & carport for parking at the back of the property. Lovely spacious 3 bed house with great kitchen, utility room, and nice facilities. The garden is fully secure - apart from the latch on the gate was bent so you couldn't secure it from the outside which was annoying - it could only be bolted from the inside of the garden.
The shower in the main bathroom leaked over the windowsill (which held the water) and the floor (the shower screen leaked). The metal shelves in the main bedroom's en suite were rusty and horrid looking. The house had been cleaned, but not thoroughly, as there was hair and fluff gatherings on the carpets.
BUT we liked it and would stay there again.
